two way FSI error fluent and mechanical

hi every body, I am running two way FSI modelling in ansys with fluent and mechanical Ansys and I couple this two software with system coupling.
I don't know why after some time step my run stop in fluent?!!!
but fluent didn't show any error but I have error in mechanical and system coupling ansys. In attach files, I attached last showing solution information and another errors that pop up rapidly after run stop.

I update my graphic card and I use a separate license.

In mechanical I have : a system coupling error occurred while the request assign token was being served.
