Problem with non-premixed model

I am using pdf-mixture (non-premixed model, equilibrium, non-adiabatic) with dynamic mesh to simulate in-cylinder pressure of a diesel engine. The predicted in-cylinder temperature would experience sudden increase until the maximum limit of the PDF table (the spike occurs at 900K) but the predicted in-cylinder pressure would have a sudden decrease. This makes no sense at all as the temperature and pressure should be proportional to each other in a closed system. As for the detail of the pdf table generation, C12H23 is simply set as the fuel and O2,N2 are set as the oxidiser.
