Copying data from boundary condition to another
 

I have to models - a long pipe with a flow witch gets fully developed at the outlet and the second model which uses this outlet as its inlet.

My question is how can I take the velocity profile from the 1st model and implement it into the inlet in the second model?

I would also like to find some help on this topic, if anyone knows how to do it I would appreciate some advice. Thanks!
