Default two different liquids in a pipe having different layer

Hi,
I am trying to inlet two different liquids with their different layers one above the other and pipe is fully filled with these liquids. So, how will i give these two volumetric surfaces with named selection?

Patching both the fluids you can have filled pipe with two fluids.
