what should i do when i get this error" turbulent viscosity limited to viscosity ratio of 1e5 in ... cells"

you can change it to a larger number in Limits Options

Maybe, you should improve quality of your grid

Basically if that cell number is large is not going down after iteration, you have a problem. You need to provide more information if you need further help.
