Default 2D modeling of PEMFC

hi
I want to model a 2D Pem fuel cell with fluent module.my geometry is along the PEm and i don't know how conact the bipolar plate ( current collector ) with GDL ....
so it dosen't caculate the anode current and cathod current.
pls help me
