Diesel Engine simulation in Fluent to reduce blow-by

I m Perceiving masters in automotive engineering. I have been given a project to reduce blow -by in the diesel engine by redesigning the piston rings. Can this be done in Fluent by simulation??If so, please suggest me tutorial to refer
