Beginner for Particle Tracking

Dear All,

I interest to study the particle tracking to compare PIV result.

Now, I have a few information of particle:

S.G. = 1 (adjacent water density, approx.)
size = 50 micron
mixing ratio = 0.01% by mass

I will try to make basic simulation by 2D pipe line with velocity inlet 1 m/s.

My goal is to see the particle (on plane) on each time step and bring two of continued picture to make velocity (by particle)

Please suggest me
How to setup the particle data for this simulation.
Is this information sufficient for simulation?

Best Regards,

Nombood
