Default URGENT: Multiphase convergence

Hi all,
I need to perform a multiphase simulation (air/oil) and sliding mesh. I have the problem that the solution does not converge. Some idea on how to fix the problem?
I have tried to manage with the underrel. factors but without results. i use an explicit solver.
