I need to see the temperature variation vs time at a certain point.

When i create a surface (point) monitor with mass weighted average, the plot shows a line goes horizontally at zero, and doesn't show any temperature curves vs time. Please tell me what to do

It is because you are computing a surface integral. A point has 0 surface area, so it will always report 0 to all quantities.

You should use either vertex minimum, average, maximum, or facet minimum, average, or maximum to retrieve values of points.
