How to extract outer wall temperature along the length of a tube

I used fluent to run a simulation of a flow in a tube. The wall of the tube has a UNIFORM HEAT FLUX. When I attempted to extract the outer wall temperature of the tube, it gave me multiple datas (instead of a single data) at each of the points along the tube.
I URGENTLY request that you tell me how I should have done it that should have given me a single data (instead of multple data) at each point.
Thank you.
