Default How to set dimensionless numbers in BC

Hi is it possible to use dimensionless parameters or dimensionless numbers like (Re,Pr,Peclet Numbers) as boundary conditions instead of setting dimensional parameters like velocity , mass flow rate...........etc? if yes how i can set for example Reynolds number instead of entering the value of velocity at the inlet BC?
