help with boundary conditions
 

I have made an experimental for two fluid flow in concentric pipe heat exchanger. I have a different flow rate values for both fluid and different temperature. How can I tell fluent the flow rate is variable not constant, also the out let and inlet temperature are variable for both fluids.
