Default interface between liquid and bubble for mass transfer

hello guys
I am trying to model a bubble in a channel. I am trying to solve it in a 2D axisymmetric way. I have problems in meshing. for heat and mass transfer i have to define interface between liquid and vapor if anybody has some experience please share, Please help.
