Hi all,
I am using a UDS transport equation but instead of the conventional mass flow rate flux term (rho*Phi*U) I need a phi*U term. For that I tried to define the flux term by UDS_FLUX macro, but I suspect perhaps it takes the flux normal to the boundary (wall for example). I need the flux in u direction which is parallel to the wall.
Please help.

Hi Indra,

Maybe you can first get the facet area vector A via F_AREA(A,f,t), and then multiply the component of A normal to the u direction, i.e. A[1] if u direction is the x direction, by U.
