Modeling Particles Deposition on Porous Surface
 

Hello all friends
I want to modeling a solid-liquid two-phase flow (granular flow) with porous media for investigation deposition of solid particles on porous surface and filter cake formation using Fluent, But when i do it,solid particles penetrate into the porous media.
Please, if anyone has worked in this field guide me.

One solution is to atributte a high resistance for the solid phase in the porous zone setup window (1e+25 for both inertial and viscous resistances, for example). It may or may not work depending on the pressure input or if there is a mass flow condition for the solid phase on the outlet.
