Under-relaxation Factors for Solid-Gas flow

Hello there.

I am running simulations using Fluent 14.0 of gas-solid flows in reactors as Fluidised Bed, Circulating Fluidised Bed and Spouted Beds.

My modelling is Euler-euler, with a granular phase with diameter ranging from 20*10^-6 to 20*10^-4.

I am attaining convergence, but I would like to know if any of you have any advice regarding the Under-relaxation factors for this kind of simulation, in order to allow me to employ larger time-steps.

Thanks in advance.
