In fluent 6.3 you cant do so while the flow transition phenomenon can be predicted with Ansys Fluent 12 onwards in which two new turbulence models have been incorporated i.e k-kl-w(3 eq) and Transition SST(4 eq) to capture laminar to turbulent transition. But I am not sure how to find the exact point, you can plot velocity streamlines to see where the laminar boundary layer separates. Actually this is the point where the transition phenomenon starts.
