Modeling of Boiling

Hi

I'm student and I want to simulate boiling of water in Fluent. I don't have so nice channel, I have to use unstructural mesh. I'm using mesh with triangle elements. I guess I have to simulate it as a transient flow with using gravity, also when i will set up model I should turn on energy equation, multiphase model... I read and try the tutorial from Ansys about boiling where was use nice geometry of channel.

My question is can I set up models, solution method etc. same as in tutorial from Ansys when I use quite complicated geometry and unstructural mash?

Thanks for your help, I'm open for every advice

The mesh type has no bearing on what you can solve. Most meshes are unstructered in fact because of how complicated the geometries are.
