Modeling Flow after Pipe

Hello,

I am new here, so sorry if there is already a thread like this already on this forum.

I was wondering if there was a way to model the flow of a fluid after it exits an internal nozzle or pipe. I am currently doing this in a 3D model because it is not symmetrical. I can easily get results from the flow within the pipe. I'm just having trouble after the pipe. Thanks so much!
