3d pipe with dynamic mesh

Dear all,
I am trying to simulate the problem where a 3d cylindrical pipe, whose wall is expanding and contracting simultaneously in a sinusoidal manner. How to put the velocity components for that situation using DEFINE_CG_MOTION macro.
Any help is highly appreciated.

whetehr I acn do it with DEFINE_CG_MOTION macro or not? or I have to switch to DEFINE_GRID_MOTION? Pl. help me....

Hi moloykb,

I'm currently experiencing the same issue :

DEFINE_GRID_MOTION on a cell block , for the mesh movement it's OK , but I've a 0 velocity on the moving wall , so a wrong shear stress...

Did you solve this ?
Regards

Ben
