Phase change simulation in a tube.

Hi everyone,

I and relatively new to fluent. I am working on this project where a phase change has to be simulated in a tube.

At inlet - liquid phase

At outlet - vapour(gas) phase

Wall of the tube is heated for the phase change to occur.

Which model do I choose. Eulerian-eulerian model or should i use DPM?

Any kind of tutorial from u experts in this regards would help.

Thanks,

Adarsh.:)

It seems to be evaporation. You should use VOF multiphase model and use evaporation model in Phase interaction panel.
