Determining the time step for transient analysis
 

I am doing a transient analysis ( of a Semi-submersible) for a Reynolds number of 6 X 10^7 in FLUENT.
Changing the time step gave different values .How to make sure that which time step will give the correct solution..

I prefer to use adaptive. It changes automatically by time gradiant of variables.
