turbulent intensity

Default turbulent intensity

naor is on a distinguished road
the Eq of the Intensity is I=0.16*(Re)^(-1/8)
the Re is for DH.
how it can be that when the
DH is bigger (Re is bigger so it mean the turbulence is bigger) the I is getting smaller?
