Inteface in fluent

Hi, i am doing the heat transfer simulation between fluid and solid. So I have created two bodies in one part(one for fluid and one for solid) and I have generated the conformal mesh, created the name selcection. But when I go to fluent set up. It shows me error while initializing solution: Init_Flow: unassigned interface_zones.

Are you sure you have proper interface at the common boundaries?

I was able to do the problem when I created two different parts. But when I created two bodies in one part only, I wasn't able to give mesh interface. I need to use non-conformal mesh in case of two different parts. Is it possible to assign mesh interface by using single part?

No. However if you have a situation where a hot pipe is heating the fluid you could avoid simulating the wall. But with two domain you do need the interface.
