Discretization of the momentum equation

Hi all.
Can you help me with understanding what l(hat) means in the discretized x-momentum equation shown in the attached picture(a page from the fluent theory manual about the pressure-based solver): Thanks Best regards Thomas |

Thanks for your response.
This link describes the discretization of the velocity components. What I don't understand is the purpose of l^hat in the pressure term shown in the attached picture. |
