Boundary Layer Single Rotating Reference Frame

Hi all,

I am very new to CFD so this might seem like a stupid question to some but I can really use some help on this. I have a rotational heat sink with impeller like fins (round, imagine a fanwith the blades being impeller like fins) that I am using a Single Rotating Reference frame, the geometry is enclosed inside of a cylinder and the frame inside the cylinder is rotating. I am able to get it to converge, see the velocity vectors, the pressure contours and everything.

My question is how would I go about trying to find a Boundary Layer thickness that is created around the heat sink? Thank you for your time.
