Hello everyone,
I have a question, currently i am doing some simulation on Supersonic Air jet impingement over a flat plate but the main aim is to do VOF supersonic impingement of Air/Oxygen over molten metal pool i.e. to patch/use the same condition @ the interaction of air and liquid pool because of the problem of compressible and in-compressible effect of air and molten metal. For first case that is impingement over a plate: My supervisor has advised me to use density based solver with implicit solution method. So i was going through some examples and gone through one using pseudo transient method. Is it good to use for my case just to reduce the computation time??? Regards and thanks in advance. Smaras |
