Orthogonal quality isn't the only reasonable criterion for a mesh. Also it depends on what you want to do. Post a picture of your setup and give some information about it and what you use for meshing!

Orthogonal quality of 0.4 isn't bad per se. Do you face convergence difficulties, or why are you asking?

I am doing free surface simulation of stirred tank. My answers are wrong in compare with the paper. I delet all cas&dat file because I knew they were wrong and I have not any pictures, now
