pressure drop

Hi my friends.
I simulate heat sink that has loop of micro channels. I need to calculate pressure drop. my boundary conditions :
1-velocity inlet , 2-pressure outlet and model is laminar

how i can calculate pressure drop across micro channel?
At reference value i must adjust pressure value for calculate pressure drop?
Pleas help me
Thanks.

Find the area-wighted pressure at the inlet and outlet, say p0 and p1, respectively. The pressure drop is (p0-p1).
