Floating point error/ divergence problem

Hi all,
I am simulating cryogenic boiling in fluid film bearings using Ansys fluent. My working fluid is liquid nitrogen. I tried the combination of 1)k-omega model sst, mixture model and energy equation; 2) k omega sst , eulerian model and energy equation.
In both cases some where in the iteration divergence occurs and my maximum temperature in the working domain shoots up and i get floating point error

any suggestions how to tackle this problem and any suggestions how to make a good boiling model.

i have one an other question what exactly Back flow total temperature means in the boundary conditions ( pressure outlet ---> thermal tab ---> total back flow temperature). do we have to give some rough values ? does these values have some considerable effect on our solutions? same question goes for volume back flow fractions.

Thanks and Best regards
