Running batch in 2D and 3D

I want to run simulation cases in Fluent that have are a mix of 3D and 2D geometries.
I can make the selection for either 2D\3D in Fluent Launcher and run with a journal file. But how can I run a batch of files that are both 2D and 3D? |
