High viscosity difference flow

Hi, dear

I want to solve two phase flow.

until now, its work is going well.

however, there is a problem.

phase(1) is changing to phase(2) well.

phase(1) is air, but phase(2) is like almost solid.

but, Fluent is consider phase(2) as liquid, therefore phase(2) is moving back.

actually, phase(2) must not move backward.

so, i change the property, which is viscosity of phsae(2).

however, there is an error; AMG Error; pressure correction.

How to manage this problem? please help me.

PS) must use solidification model in this problem?

An image of your result, along with the boundary conditions will help here.

Thank you, Bulmer

However, I don't understand your advice.

Could you tell me more specifically?

Thanks
