Hello everybody hope you will b fine,

i want to simulate conjugate heat transfer problem, for my problem i have copper tube inside thermal fluid flow and outside is insulated with some insulation material.......for boundary conditions i have applied inlet velocity, outlet pressure, convection at insulation and solar heat flux at 4 solar cell you can on attached JPEG file. During iteration residual for energy equation start from 1e-06 going upto 1e-01 and also show very very high temperature inside the tube around 4000k ..................kindly help regarding solve this issue..............

regards,
