XY Plot in 3D column

Hi everybody
Please help me

I have a 3D Bubble column. I want to plot axial velocity (y axis) against dimensionless radius (x axis) for example at Z=0.3 or any Z. But I don't know how it is possible.We have one radius,but we have many angle (0-360).
If somebody help me,I appreciate that and if dont understand what I said please ask me.
