Urgent help needed-simulate contained-water in a 2D-pipe

Guys, as a new user of Fluent, I am currently trying simulating the contained-water in an expanded 2D pipe(cross-section only). The pipe is expanding in the radius direction. It seems that this model requires the application of VOF and dynamic mesh. My main concern is the dynamic mesh. Is it possible to get any advice from you guys about how to do the dynamic mesh with regard to my problem? Your kindly help is really appreciated.
