Hello,

I am going to simulate the wetting behaviour of a droplet in a cylindrical Domain.
It doesnt work with 2D so i am doing it in 3D.

I want to work in 5 degree slice of the Domain and later patch the droplet. Here is my mesh:

And here is rotated Domain:

Problem is when i apply periodic boundary conditions for those two faces, and rotate the Domain, It still sees every periodic face as walls, so that i cannot simulate the droplet(because of cappilary effects). Is there a way to apply periodic boundary conditions just as fluid or is there any other way to apply boundary conditions? Otherwise I will have mesh whole the cylinder.

Thanks,
