rotating cooling channel

hi,

i am trying to model a hollow cooling channel with uniform rotation about an axis perpendicular to the axis of the channel.fluid flows through the hollow section and the annular section is solid with convective bc at the outerwall.it is a CHT problem, but i need to implement rotation also.

can u guys confirm me one thing,to implement rotation to both solid and fluid(as the whole channel is rotating about the axis) i am enabling frame motion under cell zone condition and giving rotational speed of say 800 rpm to both solid and fluid zones.is it the right way to do this?

i am asking this as for the static case results are ok,but when i implement rotation the solution are not converging, residual for energy goes up and stays flat for over 1000 iterations.

i know solution not converging may be because of other factors, but those factors are same for the static case but in that case,i.e.in case of static results were ok.

plzz help guys...
