Which boundary condition for zero gradient

Dear group,

I am modelling a shopping mall gallery. This is simply a long, two storeys corridor. It's entire length is 150m and it has an approximate width of 20m. I am modelling only a section that is 40m long.

The boundary conditions I am planning to use for the two 'cuts' are zero-gradient. The idea is that the immediate cells next to the boundary have the same value of the adjacent cell inside the domain.

How do I model this condition in Ansys Fluent. Is it correct in your opinion?

Thanks for any advice.
