Droplet Sauter Mean Diameter for Cross Flowing Jet

Hello everyone,
I am modeling the droplet breakup in a cross flowing jet.
I need to compare the droplet SMD (Sauter mean diameter) values for numerical results with the experimental data available in previous papers by plotting the SMD values versus the transverse distance at a specified plane.
I used the sample trajectory option in FLUENT combined with a UDF function with the P_DIAM(p) command to obtain the droplet diameters at a specified plane.
What type of diameter does P_DIAM actually represent?Do I need to use another method to obtain the droplets SMD?
Thanks

Hi

I am also doing the respective work. It would help me, if u share the procedure and udf of comparing the results.
