Alright, I am still relatively new to ANSYS, but I have exhaustively watched tutorials on YT pertaining to fluid-structure interaction.
I am attempting to simulate the deformation of this structure http://imgur.com/vlMVIy9 due to pulsing pressure (it is a replacement heart valve). The individual leaves of the assembly look like this: http://imgur.com/3Dkgqy0 Now, I am able to get the transient structural analysis up and running (eg no errors in solving mesh or anything like that), but I am just absolutely defeated by the fluid component. I don't even know where I am not-even-wrong. Does anyone have any unpublished tutorials or guides on how to go about simulating this device? |
