Defining of initial temperature of certain body in unsteady heat transfer problem

The question I'm asking seems to be simple one and I'm sorry if it has been already discussed in this forum.

The problem is the following. There are two bodies A and B which are in a thermal contact. Body A has a constant temperature T_A=T0, as for another one its temperature is equal to T_B(t=0) for the initial moment of time. Using energy equation in Ansys Fluent I have to calculate temperature profile in body B for t>0. In other words T_B(t>0)=? I know how to define a constant temperature in Ansys Fluent but I don't succeed in initial temperature defining. Could you please explain me how to do that. Thank you.
