Default two phase flow through a micro channel

Hi ,
My problem is to find out the transition point in the microchannel ( the point where the fluid changes its phase to vapour ) so that after that there is a slug or annular flow exist..which cfd package do the best in this ...i have fluent and comsol with me..can u please guide me in completing this ....
