Lightbulb Averaging over preceding calculations

I'm new in Fluent. I'm solving the problem of turbulent flow around parallelepiped. After completing the colculation how can I see the average over all realizations x-velocity contour (Graphics and Animations -> Contours gives me the picture obtained on the last step).
