Fluent Tutorial Elbow.msh help
Hi,
I am having a difficulty doing my very first tutorial for fluent from this website: http://orange.engr.ucdavis.edu/Docum...LUENT/fltg.pdf Basically I need an elbow.msh file in 3D. I downloaded introduction.zip and try to read elbow.msh; however I could only do it in 2D. (When I try to run it in 3D it said that the file has wrong dimensions(2)) This is the wrong file or I have a wrong setting somewhere in fluent? If it is the wrong file can anybody send me the link to the right one? Thank you very much. |

If you want to do a 2D tutorial then how come you can get a 3D file. Obviously a 2D tutorial will have 2D file. this elbow geometry can be easily made in 3D using Design modeler or SpaceClaim. You need to draw centrlein in the 2D profile. Make one inlet circle and then extrude along the path. This will make a 3D elbow
