CFD: divergence error

I am solving a axisymmetric model with flow and heat transfer. When i attempt to initialise and Solve , i am getting following error: Divergence detected in AMG solver: x-momentum -> Increasing relaxation sweeps . I have checked the geometry it is in the positive x and y axis, the values are positive. Is the error due to the geometry ? Can anyone help me ?

In case of using 2D axisymmetric geometry, x axis must be defined as axisymmetric. You've probably forgotten that. This error is very common in such cases.
