Sliding mesh/ Turbine scaling methods?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently performing some CFD analyses on a vertical axis turbine using the sliding mesh technique. I've validated the mesh and time step I am using against experimental data. my next step is to perform a size Vs. power study, whilst keeping the same mesh ideally.

does any one know the best way to perform the scaling?

would it simply be a dimensional analysis of Reynold's number and tip speed ratio?

If you need any information just ask i'm not sure what to include for this.

Thanks in advance
