Hi!
I'm having a problem in Fluent while doing radiation modelling (DO) usnig Flux density of 110525 w/m2 at the glass window. However, during the iteration its showing "Temperature is limited to 5000 in 24063 cell on zone 2 domin 1" I've tried to solve the problem in different ways like: changing the mashing method, increasing the numeber of eliments and node,decresing the relaxation factor (0.1-.0.5). However the problem still exist. at the end the result is not comming accurate. could anyone please suggests me any way that can solve the issue. Thank you. |

Hi,
Have you figured out the issue? In my case,, a heat exchanger, liquid flow at one side (with higher temperature) and air flow at another side (with lower temperature). The fluid flow result seems right, but the temperature result can't be converged. (Temperate limited to 1 in XXXXX cells on zone AA in domain 1) I have tried to increase meshes in the model. It looks not getting better. May I ask if anyone has some idea? (Both flows are in laminar region) the geometry of heat exchanger is a little bit complicated, thin fin with some vortex generator. Does it mean the mesh needs to be finer? Anderson |
