I want to model 3D SOFC for studying the current density and electric field generated at the electrode - electrolyte interface, please suggest me the models and the procedure to be followed I need to use as I'm new to Ansys Fluent.

Hi,
If you would like to use ANSYS Fluent module for PEM or SOFC, it's easy and straightforward. There's a good manual regard this in FLUENT. Try to find it and have a look at it. One more thing, the total procedure of working a SOFC is very similar to a PEMFC, so, you can use the tutorial exists for PEMFC, to get some insights and learn how to start your work.
Good luck
