Default volume control into volume contro? possible?

yossir4 is on a distinguished road
i have a volume control (wind tunnel)
and in the wind tunnel i have a tube
i want to find the flow rate in the tube in the wind tunnel
i don't to to set inlet settings in the tub's volume control

how can i do it?
